Your first appointment is expected to last about an hour and a half. Please click the link provided to download your New Patient Package. It is crucial that you complete these forms and bring them, along with your insurance card, to your initial visit. We are unable to proceed with the appointment without these records to ensure we can best meet your needs. Quality dental care starts with a thorough diagnosis and a treatment plan designed to achieve the goals we set together. During your initial visit, we will conduct a comprehensive examination of your teeth, gums, bite, joints, and soft tissues. We will use X-rays, light to screen for oral cavity anomalies, intra-oral photographs to detect cavities and diseases, pinpoint areas of concern, understand your requirements, and create a lifelong plan for your oral health. We consider this detailed examination to be the foundation of excellent dentistry.

IMPORTANT: For all patients under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must accompany them during the initial consultation or any treatment. However, we do have no parents in the clinical area policy. Parents will be called in when needed to be updated with treatment or treatment plan or on case to case bases.
